The Mortgage Process

  1. Get Prequalified

    Having a pre-qualification letter in hand before you begin shopping for a home shows sellers that you’re serious about making an offer and ensures that you’re on target to qualify for a mortgage on your home of choice.

  2. Find the Perfect House

    You’ve already begun your search online—likely, for several months. Now, it’s time to choose a CENTURY 21 New Millennium REALTOR® with whom to tour homes, write a competitive offer and leverage your pre-approval to get you to a ratified contract.

  3. Search Homes

    Select the Financing Product
    Our First County Mortgage loan officers will work with you to find the best customized solution that fits your needs.

  4. Apply for the Loan and Collaborate during Processing

    Assuming you’ve already completed the prequalification process, your loan officer will update and submit your official loan application. You may need to submit additional documents or meet additional criteria during this stage.

  5. Prepare for Closing

    Together, our First County Mortgage loan officer and our CENTURY 21 New Millennium agent will collaborate with you to ensure that your closing process is seamless. From underwriting to appraisals, we’ll keep the entire process local and get you to the closing table on time.

  6. Move Into Your New Home

    Congratulations, you’ve made it to closing! We’ll be by your side to navigate you through the paperwork and complete a successful transaction.
